You must tell Becky who you are, but you may remain anonymous to everyone else if you choose. Becky will not share your identity unless you give permission.
You MUST do the following before coming in for your first time training:
• Sign the MCS COVID-19 waiver addition
• Watch the recording of the pandemic safety orientation, if you did not attend live
Rigging procedure:
- Wash or sanitize your hands.
- Clean rigging hardware with a non-bleach-based cleaner (unless using your own hardware).
- Rig your apparatus and train.
- Wash or sanitize your hands.
- De-rig.
- Clean rigging hardware with a non-bleached based cleaner (unless using your own hardware) and put it back where you found it.
German wheel procedure:
- Wash or sanitize your hands.
- Dampen a cloth or paper towel with non-bleach-based cleaner. Wipe down the entire wheel, including rails, bars, handles, and pedals.
- Train.
- Wash or sanitize your hands.
- Dampen a cloth or paper towel with non-bleach-based cleaner. Wipe down the entire wheel.
- “Rinse” the wheel by wiping it down with a cloth or paper towel dampened with clean water. Put the wheel away where you found it.
Other reminders:
• Please clean all common-use equipment (mats, stall bars, rigging hardware, etc.) before AND after use, preferably with non-bleach-based cleaner.
• Masks are required at all times in the MCS.
• To keep optimal fresh airflow moving through the space and ensure HVAC works properly, please do not open the garage door or any windows/doors while training.
• If you need a break from your mask on a mask-required day, please step outside to remove your mask.
• Your training time slots are 90 minutes long, and you must leave after 90 minutes to allow the space to air out for at least 30 minutes before the next group comes in.
• Masks will be available at the MCS if you forget one at home. Feel free to keep the mask you take as your own.
• Do not come to the MCS if you feel ill, even just a little bit ill/off!
