Co-taught with Swing State Aerial instructors Mackenzie and Stephanie, students will learn to climb, footlock, go upside down, and more on aerial silks and sling. Classes use a blend of formal instruction and playtime to encourage safe but creative movement!
Students must wear masks at all times. Students will be physically spotted by instructors at times.
About the Instructor
Stephanie and Mackenzie have been flying together for more than a decade! First meeting in a silks class in early 2011, they’ve owned Swing State Aerial together for 5 years, and get up to all kinds of other shenanigans on the regular. Both have formal aerial training with NECCA, Born to Fly, Paper Doll Militia, and more!
