Class Description
Adult Soma BALLET with Catrina
Basic ballet exercises will be used to learn new coordinations, enhance strength and mobility, and improve balance. This is more than fitness! It is a deep dive into experiencing ballet for ritual and to appreciate the artform for all the good that comes with it!
To laugh and have fun while learning something new is also a given in this friendly environment. The inspiring music will soothe all nerves and keep you coming back for more!

About the Instructor
Catrina Choate-Heretoiu is a somatic practitioner and dance educator who works with recovery and learning through movement. She is the co-founder of KineOasis and is the creator of Ballet Journeys and Soma Studies – a program that includes SomaBALLET and SomaSTORY.
Catrina offers in-person and online/live somatic classes as well as outstanding Ballet training for all ages.
