Rope is an amazing vertical apparatus! It’s so literal.
This workshop will continue to introduce students to the fundamentals of training on rope and vertical apparatus in general. We’ll learn the basics of hangs, resting poses, foot holds and climbs, the mechanics of inversions, and postures, poses, and transitions to help build a strong foundation so that you can explore rope and vertical training safely. Class will include injury prevention, strength, and flexibility exercises specific to rope as well as lots of time working with new skills. Some previous aerial experience may be helpful but is not required. You’ll build strength while you play. Class size is very limited so register early.
