Some prior aerial experience required
This 4 week session is for continuing students. We’ll learn fundamental postures along with transitions to safely build a strong foundation in aerial arts. Each class will include strength and flexibility exercises specific to aerial training and time to work on new shapes, spins, and Lyra choreography. So named for the unique approach to sequencing and encouragement of expressiveness through movement, this weird lyra class will delight the aerial dancer looking to try something new.
