Class Description
Continuing Hoop Dance is the perfect way to continue your hoop dance journey! With dual goals of learning new moves and finding flow, this class will provide you with practical tools to add challenge and exploration to your practice. If you’ve ever had a hard time “putting it all together,” want to explore new tricks, need a new way to view your existing repertoire, or are just excited to have some in person guidance, this class is for you.
This class is completely unique every time! Each session, there will be a brand new combo of moves to learn, and different flow prompts. Over time, Danielle will repeat some moves or prompts, but the combination will always be fresh. Danielle’s goal is to provide a class that could be continuously attended because you are always learning something new!
A wide variety of experience levels come to this class, and Danielle will work with you exactly where you are at. You only need basic hooping experience to get started, as all skills will be taught within each session. It’s also an excellent class for experienced hoopers because those skills will be expanded to additional depth and challenge. Come level up and take your hooping further!
*This class was previously called All Levels Hoop Flow. Same class, new name!
