Class Description
Mixed-Level Teeterboard is open to complete beginner through intermediate students. For beginners, the series will cover all the fundamentals of teeterboard with focuses on both safety and fun! Classes in each series will include Korean plank, Hungarian teeterboard (jumping from a platform or running on to the plank), and instruction on safe and efficient acrobatics in the air. Ages 15 and up.
About the Instructor
Becky and Luke have been teeterboarding at MCS for several years and have also had teeterboard training at New England Center for Circus Arts and trampoline training at École de Cirque de Québec. They are excited to share teeterboard with others!
