Have you been curious about aerial silks but big classes are not the right fit for you? Small-group classes move at the students’ pace, offer much more individualized instruction, and are tailored just for you! Sign-up for this small-group beginner series and experience this fun, challenging, and addictive art for yourself!
This class series will build your agility and confidence in foundation moves, focus on proper technique, alignment, muscle engagement, and of course grace! Limited to a maximum of six students per lesson, these classes focus on your strengths and artistry with customized lessons and direction.
Age Limitations: Students must be 16 or older.

Mackenzie has an extensive background in dance and movement performance and education, with studies at Macalester College and Iowa State University. Adding in aerial arts in 2010, she practices, choreographs, directs, and performs in shows at MCS and other local venues. As an instructor, she strives to develop solid foundational skills in her students by focusing on each student’s unique physiology and needs to help them be the best aerialist they can be.
