Have you been curious about aerial silks or dance trapeze but classes don’t meet your schedule, fill up too fast, or you want more individual attention? You can still get the aerial arts experience on your own time, with careful instructor supervision, and tailored to your needs! Gather one or two friends and come for a single class to try it out, or sign up for a beginner series and experience this fun, challenging, and addictive art for yourself!
Both individual lessons and private class series assess your current skill level, work to build your agility and confidence in foundation moves, and focus on proper alignment, muscle engagement, and of course grace! Limited to a maximum six students per lesson, these classes move at YOUR pace, and focus on your strengths and artistry with customized lessons and direction.
