Fee
$29 per class. Students also have the option to purchase a 10 or 20 class pass for a per-class discount!

Class Description
Never tried aerial before? Here is where you start! All body types and fitness levels are welcome in intro level classes. Nope, you don’t need to have good upper body strength to start!
Sling, Silks, and Dance Trapeze are offered on specific days, with a mixed class on Sundays.

No prior experience is necessary, and all body types, fitness levels, and movement backgrounds are welcome! Classes focus on your individual needs with personal modifications, feedback, and adaptations so that everyone is successful!
Age Limitations: Students must be 15 or older.

About the Instructor
Mackenzie has an extensive background in dance and movement performance and education, with studies at Macalester College, Iowa State University, and aerial arts with NECCA, Paper Doll Militia, Born to Fly, and more. Beginning her aerial arts journey in 2010, she practices, choreographs, directs, and performs in shows at MCS and other local venues. As an instructor, she strives to develop solid foundational skills in her students by focusing on each student’s unique physiology and needs to help them be the best aerialist they can be.
