6:00 pm: Flexibility for the Not So Bendy (open to all) (No class on June 26)
7:00 pm: Beginner 3 through 5 (has completed 2 sessions of silks or can french/russian climb, enter and balance hipkeys in the air, can consistently single and double footlock from a climb) (Class on June 26 will be combined with Adv. Beginner/Intermediate and will meet at 8 pm)
8:00 pm: Advanced Beginner – Intermediate (Can invert consistently from a climb without tagging a foot on the fabrics)
Thursdays, June 20 – July 18
7:00 pm: Open Practice with Guided Review (Open to anyone who has completed one session of silks with any instructor)
8:00 – 9:30 pm: Performance Workshop (Open to any aerialist proficient at climbing who can attend Thursday rehearsals consistently until performances in Oct/Nov.)

Memberships: Swing State Aerial offers a weekly flat-rate membership ($80/wk) that includes unlimited attendance in any regularly scheduled group silks class with Mackenzie at or below the student’s level. Please see our website for details.
Summer Class Pass: A 10-class pass is being offered for summer classes at a $75 discount over the full cost. Passes may be used for any regularly scheduled group class with Mackenzie until September 1, 2019. Please see the website for details.

Big Movement is also open to brand-new beginners.
Building on techniques learned in introductory classes, these classes develop strength, grace, and precision in foundation skills while introducing new vocabulary, increasing stamina, and working at greater heights while being absolutely awesome.
Prerequisites: Please email us for more information about prerequisites for level classes. Special topics classes are open to all.
Age limits: Students must be 16+
Mackenzie has an extensive background in dance and movement performance and education, with studies at Macalester College and Iowa State University, and aerial training with NECCA and Born to Fly. Beginning her aerial arts journey in 2010, she practices, choreographs, directs, and performs in shows at MCS and other local venues. As an instructor, she strives to develop solid foundational skills in her students by focusing on each student’s unique physiology and needs to help them be the best aerialist they can be.
